Private Kindergarten Program in Utah
Our private kindergarten offers an exceptional all-day program that is designed to accelerate learning and prepare students for the first grade curriculum. We understand the importance of building on the skills taught in pre-kindergarten, which is why we use a first-grade curriculum to provide a solid foundation for our students.
Reading Program:
Our reading program is second to none and includes the Modern Curriculum Press Phonics Book and Frontline Phonics Readers. We believe in teaching sight words and writing in journals daily to strengthen reading and writing skills. Our teachers continue to read aloud to students and also provide ample time for students to read on their own each day.
Math Program:
At our kindergarten, we use the Saxon Math program, which offers multiple ways to learn math throughout the day. We believe in combining hands-on activities with written practice to maximize learning. Our math homework is sent home four nights a week to reinforce classroom learning and ensure that students are making progress.
